Namdev Finvest, through its CSR arm Namdev Foundation, has initiated impactful programs to enhance education and hygiene for underserved children in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company established a fully-equipped E-Library at Mahatma Gandhi Government School in Boythawala, Jaipur, providing students with modern learning resources and digital tools. In addition to the library, essential furniture and educational supplies were donated to various schools in Jaipur to create conducive learning environments.
To promote menstrual hygiene and a safe learning environment for girls, Namdev Finvest installed a sanitary napkin vending machine and incinerator at the school. Latika Tanwar, Director of Namdev Finvest, emphasized the importance of education and menstrual hygiene as basic human rights, aiming to empower entire communities through dignity, awareness, and equal opportunities. Managing Director & CEO, Jitender Tanwar, highlighted the company’s commitment to enabling opportunities for those in need, focusing on driving meaningful change in the communities they serve.
The company’s flagship initiative, “Aaradhya – Balika Shiksha Abhiyan,” combines financial aid and mentorship to empower underprivileged and orphan girls. This program offers tuition assistance and mentorship from professional women and community leaders to guide beneficiaries through academic challenges and personal development, nurturing confidence and independence. In the fiscal year 2024–25, 155 girls benefited from quality education through the program, totaling 575 beneficiaries across various educational levels.
Recognized for its impact in the education sector, Namdev Finvest was honored at the 7th ICC Social Impact Awards 2025. The “Aaradhya: Balika Shiksha Abhiyan” initiative won in the Small and Medium Enterprise category for promoting education and empowering young girls.
